Butch Villamor

President and CEO

Armed to the teeth with in-depth knowledge, extensive experience, and a progressive mindset, Mr. Lorenzo Villamor, or as most fondly call him as Butch or LRV, is the Founder, President and CEO of One Outsource Group.

He put his Management Degree from Ateneo De Manila University, and MBA degree from Asian Institute of Management (AIM) to actual practice when he joined multinational companies in 1986. His excellent managerial and executive experiences have earned him multiple Service Excellence Awards in Operations, HR, Corporate Training, Sales and Customer Service in companies such as American Express, Citibank, First Union Plans, and First Union Direct, to name a few. Such was the legacy of LRV, that the processes that he set up in the 1980s continue to hold relevance to this day.

2003 was the turning point for his professional career. Having the mental agility of a serial entrepreneur who is driven by lifelong learning and constant innovation, Butch set up Easy English Lab, One Outsource Direct, and One Outsource Retail. He takes pride in strategizing and providing the best solutions to clients, and in developing strong managers in all the companies that he leads.

Aside from being an adroit corporate strategist, he is also known as the company’s resident singer, champion golfer, and generous mentor. Whoever said that you cannot do it all, successfully, has not met our President, Mr. Butch Villamor.

Ms. Mae De Villa uses her broad range of interests and knowledge in science, technology, art, and philosophy in applying leadership and management principles to One Outsource Group as the company’s Chief Operations Officer.

Her educational background in Biology and Management from DLSU, as well as her certifications in Six Sigma, FinTech Innovation and Digital Marketing, are tools that she continues to expand in implementing operational initiatives in the company.

Prior to joining One Outsource Group, she had wide-ranging competencies in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience in top Supply Chain Management (SCM), retail, and consulting companies in the Philippines. Sharing the founder’s vision of providing innovative value-added services to its clients, Mae joined the management team of the company in 2012. She has since been advocating for and implementing business process innovation strategies in alignment with both the corporate and retail clients of One Outsource Group.

She is likely to be seen pacing the room while speaking animatedly with a client, laughing loudly with the management team over a corny joke, or donning her on-theme costumes for People Engagement Programs. In every instance, Mae brings with it her passion for pushing the envelope, all while making it look effortless.
